Vice President of International Operations

Michael Burchell, Ed.D. is Vice President, International Operations at the Great Place to Work Institute, Inc. A member of the corporate team, Michael oversees business development of multinational clients across the affiliate network, and supports affiliate growth and development world-wide.

Managing Director and Vice President, Product Development

Ann Nadeau oversees the global headquarters operation of Great Place to Work^®, serving as a member of the company’s international management team. Ann is responsible for the teams that provide marketing, business development, product and operations support for the nearly 50 countries in which Great Place to Work operates.

Board Member

Jose Tolovi, Jr. is Chairman of the Board of Great Place to Work^® overseeing affiliate relations and heading the Board’s Investment taskforce. He is an engineer with a Doctoral degree in management and spent several years teaching graduate courses in management.

Jose Antonio Yazigi is a member of the board of directors at Great Place to Work^® Institute, Inc. He has partnered extensively with major corporations throughout the United States and Latin America in both consulting and business development

Prasenjit Bhattacharya has two decades of experience in Indian and multinational corporations like HSBC, Eicher Consultancy Services (ECS Ltd.), Siemens, and Crompton Greaves.

Aniruddha Limaye holds a law degree and a post-graduate degree in Human Resource Management from Tata Institute of Social Sciences (Batch of 1976).

Aniruddha has led the people function in various organisations, WNS Global Services and IBM Daksh being most recent.

Joyoti Banerji is a Partner and the Director for Consulting Services at Great Place to Work in India. Joyoti has experience in human resource management and consulting across varied industries.

Director of Business Development, EMEA

Lydie is Director of Business Development, EMEA for Great Place to Work^®. Lydie has spent the past year advising Great Place to Work in France on business development matters.

Practice Head

Basuri Dutta practiced law before the Bombay High Court with several appearances before the Indian Supreme Court. While her domain has primarily been constitutional law, she also has experience in matters pertaining to industrial and labour laws, public trust, elections, environmental and copyright laws, among other areas.

Preeti  has over 14 years of experience in human resource management primarily in Information technology and Financial services industries.

Project Manager

Dalreen Patrao has mostly worked in learning and development in the telecom and retail sectors, in such organisations Loop Mobile, Tata Teleservices & RPG Cellucom. During the course of her career, Dalreen has developed an understanding of organisational strategy, the impact of training on business results, quality and audit of service delivery, as well as large-scale training efficiency testing and measurement.

Sandeep is an alumnus of Mudra Institute of Communications, Ahmedabad and Symbiosis International University, Pune. His academic experience and interests have spanned across areas like social research, communications management, economics, entrepreneurship and people management.
