Aniruddha Limaye holds a law degree and a post-graduate degree in Human Resource Management from Tata Institute of Social Sciences (Batch of 1976).

Aniruddha has led the people function in various organisations, WNS Global Services and IBM Daksh being most recent.

 In a varied career extending over 35 years, Aniruddha also has worked with Tata Group & RPG Group in different sectors. He also worked for ICICI Ltd., when the organisation set up its new retail businesses.

Aniruddha also has been an entrepreneur (consultant & trainer) and a documentary and training film maker, serving many Indian and MNC clients in diverse sectors.

Aniruddha has focused on the strategic perspective of the HR function, providing conceptual rigour, measurement and business orientation, while keeping everything people centric. Aniruddha’s passion: Helping individuals and teams leverage their strengths and innate talents to consistently deliver superior results.
