Apeksha Poojeray holds a Master of Science degree in human resources and an organisational development degree from Loyola University in Chicago. Apeksha also worked for a while with the University’s training and organisational development department.

In India, Apeksha has worked in the HR function with Godrej, Accenture and the non-profit 1298 Ambulance Access for All. Apeksha is passionate about OD interventions and has been part of several OD initiatives including organisation-wide employee opinion surveys and action planning. She is also interested in cross culture impact on HR strategies in global organisations. Apeksha enjoys cultural events, adventure sports and travelling.
