Director – Consulting Services

Joyoti Banerji is a Partner and the Director for Consulting Services at Great Place to Work in India. Joyoti has experience in human resource management and consulting across varied industries.

Joyoti started her career with Eicher Consultancy Services (ECS) delivering engagements in private and not-for-profit organisations in diagnostics, training, change management and HR systems. She has worked with Hutchison Telecom (now Vodafone) and BOC India Ltd in Kolkata and Hyderabad. At BOC India, she worked with business partner roles and designed and executed HR interventions in talent acquisition, culture building, performance management and organisational development.

Joyoti spent about 5 years with ICICI Group where she was the head of Learning and Development for ICICI Prudential Life Insurance and served as Vice President HR at ICICI Venture (the private equity firm), where she supported internal HR interventions and advised small- to medium-sized portfolio companies in the financial services and health care domain.

At Great Place to Work, Joyoti heads the Consulting Business and leads projects in areas covering diagnostics, leadership development and change management. She has a Master’s Degree with a specialisation in Organisational Behaviour.
