Madhavi Katre graduated from the Shri Ram College of Commerce at the University of Delhi with a Bachelors in Commerce (Hons.) Hailing originally from Jamshedpur, Madhavi has worked as a freelance writer with The Times Group, MetroNow and The Viewspaper.

Madhavi is a consultant at Great Place to Work® and a part of the team which conducts the ‘Best Companies to Work For’ Study. Madhavi’s areas of interest are development economics and organisational management. She is passionate about reading, with a goal of reading at least five books per month. Madhavi also loves debating and theatre.
