Project Manager

Ralsi Sharma holds an MBA from IRMA and has worked in the human resources and sales functions at various organisations in such industries as manufacturing, professional services, healthcare and the not-for-profit sector.

Ralsi has worked on projects such as manpower planning, organisational restructuring, benchmarking, recognition programs, performance management systems and organisational development. She believes that all organisations are capable of and should become the kind of workplace where employees look forward to coming to work.

Ralsi Sharma was previously a project manager in “India’s Best Companies To Work For Study” at Great Place to Work® in India. She is currently working in the area of research and publications and is involved in various projects involving research.

Ralsi was always been actively involved in various extra-curricular activities during her academic life and today continues to contribute towards her alma maters by organising various Alumni events. She loves exploring ways to associate with and help NGOs. Her interests include watching movies and spending time with friends.
