Shiva Shrikant holds a postgraduate degree from Welingkar Institute of Management Development and Research. She also earned an ISTD diploma for training and development.

Shiva has worked for DHL Ltd, Respondez and City Montessori School. She has worked on such projects as balance score card, 360-degree evaluation, benchmarking employee well-being initiatives, training need identification and evaluation. Shiva’s main areas of interest are training and development, and employee engagement. At Great Place to Work®, Shiva enjoys handling operations and the analysis of people practices and policies. She likes meditation, travelling and meeting people.
