India’s Best Companies to Work For – 2019 recognizes organizations (with more than 500 employees) who have created and sustained a Great Workplace Culture for their employees. Great Place to Work® institute has an objective methodology of assessing workplace culture, that has been adopted by thousands of organisations, globally. Every year, we study more than 600 organizations across industries and recognize the best of them based on their employees survey and people practices assessment. ‘India’s Best Companies to Work For – 2019’ shall recognise 100 Best organizations which represent over 20 industry sectors.

Our proprietary and globally validated framework is considered the Gold Standard in workplace culture assessment and is endorsed by over 10,000 organizations in more than 58 countries across the globe. These organizations trust the Great Place to Work® Model to enable them to build and sustain a High-Trust, High-Performance CultureTM. In India, we study more than 700 organizations every year and identify the best as Great Place to Work – CertifiedTM Organizations.

Great Place to Work® Certification is the most definitive ‘Employer-of-Choice’ and Workplace quality recognition that any organization can receive. Your organization will be assessed in two parts – employee survey and people practices assessment. Our proprietary framework the Trust Index© survey is used to survey the employees on the 5 dimensions of a great workplace – Fairness, Respect, Credibility, Pride and Camaraderie. People practices implemented in your organization are assessed through the Culture Audit© process which covers 9 distinct practice areas of a great workplace culture. Business leaders and researchers rely on Great Place to Work® metrics — the Trust Index© and Culture Audit© to establish the standard that defines a great workplace.

After the assessment process is complete, if your organization meets the Certification criteria, your organization will be Certified as a Great Place to Work for a period of 1 year.

Share People Practices

Step 2:
Provide details of your company’s policies and programs for evaluation through our Culture Audit© tool (2-5 days)

 

Analyze Results

Step 3:
We would validate and share the highlights of the assessment results and communicate if you have met the thresholds of certification

 

Certification Awarded

Step 4:
