Sanjay Rishi,
President, American Express India Pvt. Ltd.
In his role as President, American Express India, Sanjay leads the market’s International Consumer Card, Global Merchant Services, Global Corporate Payments, Global Payment Options and Global Business Travel businesses. In addition, Sanjay chairs the India Leadership Team, which consists of all the business leaders in India and the heads of the various functions and staff groups in the market. Sanjay is also board member of Loyalty Partner India and a member of the Board of Directors of American Express Banking Corporation, New York.

Samit Ghosh,
Managing Director, Ujjivan Financial Services
Samit Ghosh has been in international banking for over thirty years. He pioneered consumer banking in India at Citibank in 1985. He led the launch of retail banking for Standard Chartered in the Middle East and South Asia and for HDFC Bank in India. His last commercial assignment was Chief Executive (India) of Bank Muscat. He is an alumnus of Jadavpur University and Wharton School. Samit Ghosh founded Ujjivan in 2005 and currently serves as the Managing Director of the organization. In a few short years, Ujjivan has become one of the fastest growing MFI’s, now present across India and serving more than 10 lakh poor working women in India.

Bill is a board member for the San Diego Workforce Partnership, Educational Enrichment Systems, Pacific Center for Workforce Innovation and LEAD San Diego. He is also an executive committee member of The Conference Board’s Global HR Council II, a long-standing member of HRPS and SHRM, a former Community Service Award winner and founder of the Youth Basketball Association, Inc. (YBA), a non-profit organization that provided a “Game Plan for Life” to high school athletes for over 10 years.
