Ashok Soota,
Executive Chairman, Happienst Minds
Ashok Soota is widely recognized as one of the pioneering leaders of the Indian IT industry. Prior to founding Happiest Minds, Ashok co-founded MindTree in August 1999. Under Ashok's leadership, in a span of 11 years, MindTree became a global entity with revenue run rate of US$350 million, over 9000 people and offices in multiple cities in the U.S., Europe and Asia.Prior to co-founding MindTree, Ashok was President of Wipro Infotech from 1984 to 1999. Under his leadership, Wipro's IT business grew from US$2 million in 1984 to US$500 million run-rate in 1999.Ashok began his career in 1965 with the Shriram Group of Industries in India. In 1978, he became CEO of Shriram Refrigeration. Ashok is an industry leader. He was President of Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), India's largest Industry association and also President of Manufacturers' Association of Information Technology. He has served on the Prime Minister's Task Force for IT and on the Advisory Council for the World Intellectual Property Organization, Geneva.For his contribution to the Indian IT Industry, he was recognized as 'IT Man of the Year' twice and as 'Electronics Man of the Year'. He is the recipient of the Prof. S. N. Mitra Award from Indian National Academy of Engineering and the Golden Peacock Award for Technology Leadership. He has been a member of the Global Board of Trustees of TiE. He has served on the Board of Governors of IIM, Kozhikode and was the founding Chief Patron of Samarthanam Trust for the Disabled.Ashok holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Roorkee University (now IIT, Roorkee) and an MBA from the Asian Institute of Management, Philippines.

V R Ferose
Managing Director, SAP Labs
VR Ferose, Managing Director, SAP Labs India, is responsible for research and development, driving innovation, customer focus initiatives and delivering operational efficiencies at SAP Labs facilities in India. At 33, he became one of the youngest managing directors of a global multinational in India. For his exemplary contribution to business and the society, Ferose is selected as a Young Global Leader, 2012, by the World Economic Forum. Ferose has over 13 years of industry experience and has been with SAP since August 1999. He has served in various capacities in the development and support organizations. In 2004, he was chosen as the Executive Assistant to Gerhard Oswald, a Member of the SAP Board; a position he held for two years, before moving back to India.

Vijay Anand,
VP and Head of India Development Centre, Intuit India
Vijay Anand is responsible for leading the Intuit India Development Center (IDC). Prior to Intuit, Vijay Anand was a leader in the enterprise software industry having led successful product teams and engineering centers for Oracle and Sun Microsystems in India and the US.Prior to his move to India, Anand was based in the US for over 14 years that included engineering leadership roles for the e-commerce product line at iPlanet, a Sun Netscape alliance, Architect for NetDynamics.Anand has masters degrees from the University of Arizona in Computer Science and from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras in Mechanical Engineering. Anand and his wife Geetha along with their two children reside in the classical neighborhood of Malleshwaram in Bangalore.

Mr V Nagaraj is an alumni from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Pune with over 26 years of experience in HR and having spent the last 12 years in senior HR leadership roles in FMCG, Telecom and Retail in companies such as Gillette, Heinz, Bharti-Airtel and Reliance Retail. Nagaraj joined Arvind Lifestyle Brands & Retail in January 2008 and has successfully streamlined several HR processes and practices. Over the 4 years, he has lead the HR team to strengthen and institutionalize Retail Force Development and implement several employee engagement and well-being programs across the company. He firmly believes that continuous innovation and giving a free hand to people to perform are two important ingredients to achieving company goals.

Executive Vice President, Corporate HR, Godrej Industries Limited
Sumit Mitra is Executive Vice President, Corporate Human Resources, Godrej Industries Limited and Associate Companies (GILAC). GILAC currently comprises four major sectors with interests in FMCG, real estate, agri business and industrial chemicals and spans across 10 countries, with a turnover of 3 billion USD and 7,500 employees, of whom 1,500 are located outside India. An MBA in Human Resources from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Sumit Mitra is also an alumnus of the Harvard Business School Executive Programme.
