Patu Keswani,
Founder, Lemon Tree Hotels
Patu is a B.Tech in Electrical Engineering from IIT Delhi (he was presented the Distinguished Alumni Award by IIT Delhi during the Institute's Golden Jubilee celebrations in 2011) and an MBA from IIM Kolkata. Patu worked for over 15 years in the Tata Administrative Services, where his last role was as Senior Vice President & Chief Operating Officer of Taj Business Hotels. Subsequently Patu has also worked briefly with A.T. Kearney Inc., as Director in their India Office Patu promoted Lemon Tree Hotels in 2002 and Red Fox Hotels (a mid scale hotel chain) in 2006.
Sanjay Rishi,
President, American Express India Pvt. Ltd.
In his role as President, American Express India, Sanjay leads the market’s International Consumer Card, Global Merchant Services, Global Corporate Payments, Global Payment Options and Global Business Travel businesses. In addition, Sanjay chairs the India Leadership Team, which consists of all the business leaders in India and the heads of the various functions and staff groups in the market. Sanjay is also board member of Loyalty Partner India and a member of the Board of Directors of American Express Banking Corporation, New York.
Ravi Shankar,
Chief People Officer, Mindtree Limited.
Ravi currently heads the People Function at MindTree. With over 30 years of varied experience across multiple fields in HR, ranging from founding a company (Lister Technologies) to heading HR at Crompton Greaves Ltd & Deutsche software Limited. Pervious to MindTree, Ravi was heading the Core software Division, Global Recruitment, Diversity & Sustainability and HR Innovation Lab at HCL Technologies Ltd. Ravi is well known in the industry for this expertise in HR and also has a tremendous breadth and insight on broad range of subjects - Business Strategy, Information Technology, TQM & Service Quality.
Purva Misra

Purva Misra leads the Human Resources function. In this capacity, she is also part of the MMT Leadership Team.Prior to joining MMT, Purva was driving HR for Max Healthcare and Hewitt Associates in her previous assignments. She has app. 15 years of diverse experience of managing HR across 10 countries in Asia Pacific region, brings strategic HR consulting experience in Talent Management, Leadership Development, Restructuring and Change, and has set-up HR Functions.
Ajay Kaul
CEO- Jubilant Foodworks Limited
Mr. Ajay Kaul has been the Chief Executive Officer of Jubilant Foodworks Limited since February 7, 2005. Mr. Kaul has over 20 years experience in industries such as financial services, airlines, express distribution and logistics and food retail. Prior to joining Jubilant Foodworks, he worked in Indonesia as the Country Head of TNT Express Division. He worked with Modiluft and American Express TRS. Mr. Kaul has been Whole Time Director of Jubilant Foodworks Limited since March 14, 2005. He holds a bachelor’s degree in technology from Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi and an MBA from XLRI, Jamshedpur.
