Prasenjit Bhattacharya has over two decades of experience in Indian and multinational corporations like HSBC, Eicher Consultancy Services (ECS Ltd.), Siemens, and Crompton Greaves.
Prasenjit has worked closely as an internal HR consultant and as an external consultant with senior leadership teams at various organisations in the area of change management.

Basuri Dutta practiced law before the Bombay High Court with several appearances before the Indian Supreme Court. While her domain has primarily been constitutional law, she also has experience in matters pertaining to industrial and labour laws, public trust, elections, environmental and copyright laws, among other areas.
In the discipline of Human Resources, Basuri has worked with Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd., as a part of the corporate human resources team.
Before joining Great Place to Work in 2007, Basuri was a Lead Researcher on a research project in the areas of intellectual property with specific focus on copyright law, at S.J. Mehta School of Management, at IIT Bombay.
At Great Place to Work Basuri anchored two national studies on Best Workplaces in India, significantly contributing to making the study the largest of its kind in India. As a part of this study, Basuri focused on the workplace cultures of hundreds of organisations, and has advised senior managers in many others. Basuri successfully designed and implemented employee survey projects in India, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh.
Basuri holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Law and she has done her MBA in HR from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management in Pune. Her interests include adventure treks, travel, photography and music. As a Practice Head at Great Pace to Work® Institute, India, Dalreen has managed client delivery around employee diagnostics, culture assessment, appreciative inquiry, culture integration, 360 degree surveys etc. She is a certified facilitator for one of our flagship programs Giftwork® Training, which focuses on people manager development. She also designs and facilitates Train the trainer workshops, Action Planning Sessions and GPTW Fundamentals workshops and has conducted multiple in-house and public workshops.

Dr.Vishwanath Joshi leads the Practice of Journey Programme at Great Place to Work® India. He is a Post Graduate in Human Resource Management from Pune University and has a Phd in Management from Academy of HRD(www.academyofhrd.org). Spanning his corporate career of more than 10 years, he has worked with IT consulting organizations like Mahindra Consulting, Patni, KPIT Cummins Infosystems Ltd and Brainvisa Technologies, Pune. He was also an Advisor – Training and HR with Decos Software Development, Pune for more than 4 years. His Phd thesis explored how IT professionals in India experience their career and used a unique approach of Phenomenology to uncover this theme.

She holds a PGDM degree in Finance from K.J Somaiya Institute of Management Studies and Research and a Green Belt in Six Sigma from KPMG. She was recognized as a Young Thought Leader in 2010 by CRISIL for her award winning dissertation on "The decade ahead after the global economic crisis: What can we expect?"

Sunil is a Project Manager in the Operations and Quality function and is responsible for driving some of the key initiatives in the Operations efficiency, Quality Control and Technology space.
He has over 7 years of consulting experience across industries in companies like TCS, Capgemini and Deloitte. He is a Certified Scrum Master and has an extensive knowledge of the Project Management processes. His past engagements have focused on Operations Management, Process Improvements, Project Management and Predictive Analysis. He has driven process improvements across engagements and helped organizations achieve CMMI Level 5.
He completed his MBA (Operations) from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Bangalore and B.E. (Computer Engineering) from MIT, Pune and has interests in Data Analysis, and exploring new toolsets such as Minitab, R, Tableau and Crystal ball to create stories out of data.
Ankita is a qualified Chartered Accountant (batch May 2013). Her interest and expertise lies in Accounts and Tax. Ankita heads the Accounts Department at Great Place to Work Institute-India. As her role describes, she is in charge of maintaining the Books of Accounts, meeting Statutory Compliances, etc. Apart from this, she supports the management with key information pertaining to Sales, Profits, Costs and plays a pivotal role in Budgeting.

After trying his hand in Aviation and Banking sectors Jasbir joined Great Place to Work® as a Senior Consultant – Business Development in 2016. Currently based out of Mumbai, he manages client experiences in the western region of India. He’s also a part of the central campaigning team and is responsible for the external communication efforts of the organization.
Most of his free time is utilized for reading and the remaining for writing.
