TSL visualizes its cultural evolution through the metaphor of nurturing and growing plants, which reflects where it is in terms of maturity on various cultural attributes. The progression of stages of maturity in this metaphor are – seeds planted eg. Mental Health and Well-being, Agility, and Innovation; saplings eg. Building capability, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, being Digital, Environment /Sustainability, safety and zero harm; and fully-grown trees eg. Ethical behavior, social responsibility, continuous improvement and working together.
