About The Program

This is an organisation development intervention that enables people managers to assume responsibility for making a change and create trust-based, high-performing teams.
- This is a 4-5 month intervention wherein managers undergo a structured workshop followed by 90-120 days of initiatives with various touchpoints for the participants at regular intervals.
- The intervention ends with a measurement of impact based on feedback from teams of the managers who have undergone the program and a panel of the Business & HR leaders in the organization, followed by recognition and certification of successful managers.
- The program provides managers with the research-based engagement framework called Connect-Develop-Inspire (C-D-I), developed by The Great Manager Institute, our strategic partner and centre of excellence for building people manager capability.
