Arundhati Bhattacharya joined Salesforce on April 1, 2020. Her role is to lead the business in India, which is built on solid foundations, to even greater heights, such that most Corporates would consider them as the "go-to" company amongst their peers. Prior to joining Salesforce, she was Chairman of State Bank of India, India's largest Bank and a Fortune 500 Company. It is a legacy 214 year old Bank and she was responsible for initiating and leading its digital transformation journey. She expects that the insights she gained from the customer's point of view will help them to refine their offerings such that they are able to always over-deliver on their commitments to their customers. She is based in Mumbai and is a mother of a 24 year old daughter. Both she and her husband love travelling, reading and experimenting with food. She believes that they spend the best hours of their lives at their workplace. Mr. T V Narendran is the CEO & Managing Director of Tata Steel Limited. As the CEO & MD, he has overseen the acquisitions of Bhushan Steel Limited (now known as Tata Steel BSL Limited) and the steel business of Usha Martin Limited (now part of Tata Steel Long Products Limited). Earlier, as the Managing Director, he successfully executed Tata Steel's Greenfield expansion at Kalinganagar. He has over 32 years of experience in the Mining and Metals industry. Mr. Narendran is currently on the Board of Tata Steel Limited. He is the Chairman of Tata Steel Europe, Tata Steel BSL Limited, and Tata Steel Long Products Limited. He is also the Chairman of the Board of Governors of XLRI Jamshedpur. He was a member on the Board of the World Steel Association and is a member of its Executive Committee. He was the co-chair of the Mining & Metals Governors Council of the World Economic Forum from 2016 to 2018. He is the President Designate of the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), and is the Vice President of the Indian Institute of Metals. Mr. Narendran is a Mechanical Engineer from the National Institute of Technology (NIT) Trichy, and completed MBA from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Calcutta. He is a recipient of Distinguished Alumnus Awards from both NIT Trichy and IIM Calcutta. Vinita Bali is a global business leader with extensive experience in leading large Companies both in India and overseas. She has worked with eminent multinationals like The Coca-Cola Company and Cadbury Schweppes PLC in a variety of Marketing, General Management and Chief Executive roles in the UK, Nigeria, South Africa, Latin America and the USA, in addition to Britannia Industries Ltd., in India. She brings a global and pragmatic perspective to strategy, marketing, innovation and operations, having worked across countries and continents, with responsibility for global and regional roles. Effective April 2014, Vinita moved from a full time operational role as MD & CEO of Britannia to pursue her wide-ranging interests in the corporate and development sectors. She is a Non-Executive Director on the Global Boards of Smith & Nephew plc, Cognizant Technology Solutions and Bunge Limited. She also served on the Global Boards of Syngenta International AG from April 2012 to June 2017 and GAIN (Global Alliance for Improved Nutrition), a Swiss Foundation, based in Geneva, from July 2010 to December 2018 and was the Chair from January 2015 to December 2018. In India, Vinita serves as a Non-Executive Director on the Boards of CRISIL Ltd and Syngene International Limited; is a Member of the Board of Governors of Indian Institute of Management – Bangalore and Chairs the CII National Committee on Nutrition. She was also on the Board of Titan Company Limited from October 2006 till March 2018 Vinita was among 27 global leaders appointed by the UN in 2012 to help improve maternal and child health as part of its SUN (Scaling up Nutrition) initiative and completed her term in 2016. Patu Keswani graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering from IIT Delhi in 1981. He subsequently received his Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management from IIM Calcutta in 1983. Patu joined the TATA Administrative Service (TAS) in 1983 and worked with the TATA Group for 17 years. His last assignment was as Senior Vice President of the Taj Group of Hotels. He subsequently worked with management consulting firm, A.T. Kearney Inc. as Director in their New Delhi office. Anticipating the enormous yet latent demand for mid-market and economy hotels in India, Patu promoted Lemon Tree Hotels in late 2002. He is currently the Chairman and Managing Director of Lemon Tree Hotels Ltd. which owns and operates 80 hotels in 48 cities with 8000 rooms and 8000 employees. Lemon Tree Hotels listed on the National Stock Exchange of India and Bombay Stock Exchange on 9th April 2018. Patu is focused on offering opportunities to Indians with disability and people from the economically/socially weak segment. Presently, ~20% of Lemon Tree employees are from this disadvantaged segment of the population. Lemon Tree Hotels has been presented the National Award by the President of India for ‘Best Employer of Persons with Disabilities’ in 2016 & 2011 and a third National Award in 2012 for being a ‘Role Model in providing a Barrier Free Environment to Persons with Disabilities’. Patu is also the Chairman of the Skills Council for Persons with Disability (SCPwD). He is also a member of the Sector Skills Council for Hospitality, Travel and Tourism (NSDC). Patu was until recently also a member of the University Grants Commission and a member of the Board of Governors of IIT Delhi. Patu has been awarded the Distinguished Alumni Award by his Alma Maters - IIT Delhi in 2011 and IIM Calcutta in 2012. Patu was inducted into the IATO (Indian Association of Tour Operators) Hall of Fame in 2019; the ‘Hotelier India’ Hall of Fame in 2012 and into the FHRAI (The Federation of Hotel and Restaurant Associations of India) Hall of Fame in 2010. He received the Excellence Award (inclusion/diversity) at Conde Nast Traveller Readers’ Awards 2018. Patu is a first generation Indian entrepreneur. His father was an Indian Railway Service officer and his mother a doctor in the Indian Army. He was previously married to Sharanita. They have two children, a son Aditya and daughter Nayana. Dawson has a passion for the advancement of women’s entrepreneurship and human rights, especially in the developing world. She is Chair of the Women’s Business Council, a group seeking to advance women in the executive pipeline. She is also a member of The LEGO Group’s Board of Directors where she brings her decades of experience working with global consumer brands to help support the long-term vision of the LEGO Group. Previously, Dawson served on the Economic Development Advisory Group to the U.K’s Department for International Development (DfID). Dawson also leads the Mars Brexit Steering Committee to guide the business through geopolitical change. Dawson previously served as President of the Institute of Grocery Distribution (IGD) and Vice President of the Food and Drink Federation, where she led both the Sustainability and Health and Wellbeing committees, becoming a pivotal member of the U.K. Responsibility Deal. Dawson has been recognized with a number of awards including IMAGE Magazine’s Businesswoman of the Year 2016, the Marketing Institute of Ireland’s All Ireland Marketing Champion 2017 and Ireland’s “ultimate marketer” of the past 25 years. Geet Sethi is a nine time cue sports world champion having won eight world billiards titles and one world snooker master's title. He has been awarded the Arjuna award, Rajiv Khel Ratna award, and the Padma Shri. He is also the co-founder of Olympic Gold Quest, a not for profit foundation supporting Indian athletes who have the potential to win Olympic medals for India. He has also authored the book ‘Success v/s Joy’, which is an inspirational book on mind control. He lives with his wife Kiran, daughter Jazz, and son Raag in Ahmedabad.
An Electronics Engineer, Mr. Abhishek Chakraborty is a management specialist with a Post-Graduate Diploma from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore (IIM-B). Prior to joining DTDC, Abhishek had been an Investment Banker with Lehman Brothers and a consultant with Accenture's Global Management Consulting Practice. These stints gave him invaluable experience on the following key aspects of management:
1. How to look at businesses strategically with a focus on growth and qualit
2. The role of technology and digital transformation in readying businesses for the future
3. Understanding complex business scenarios and finding solutions
4. Exposure to modern management and leadership frameworks needed to lead diverse teams towards business success.
He has been at the forefront of several new initiatives within DTDC which include establishing Premium Express Products and developing Customer Relationship Management within the company. His entrepreneurial acumen, in-depth knowledge of markets and effective planning and implementation has played a pivotal role in re-shaping DTDC’s operational footprint and re-engineering its infrastructure.
Abhishek has spearheaded an organization-wide transformation driven by automation and digitization, with a strong B2B/B2C focus. This includes introduction of technological advancements in DTDC such as live fleet monitoring, mobility devices for real-time tracking, automated sorting and modernization of financial systems. He is committed to growing his team and taking the organization to greater heights.

Sunil joined GCPL in 2011, where he successfully led the merger of the sales and marketing organisations of GCPL and the erstwhile Godrej Sara Lee. He has diverse work experience across the FMCG and Consumer Services sectors in Sales, Marketing and business roles, including a highly successful 12 year stint at Marico Industries. Post this, Sunil served as a Business Head in retail and telecom companies, leading large and complex business operations. Prior to joining the Godrej Group, he was Chief Operating Officer of the Idea Rajasthan Circle, where he headed business operations, was responsible for the P&L, and led a major turnaround of the Rajasthan business. Sunil is Chairman of the Indian Society of Advertisers and closely associated with the CMO forum, FICCI FMCG Committee and Advertising Standards Council of India. A graduate in Economics from Delhi University, he is also an MBA in Marketing from the Institute of Management Technology (IMT) Ghaziabad. Sunil is a staunch practitioner of the spirit of 'Possibility Thinking' and believes that this, coupled with a passion for flawless execution, is the biggest competitive advantage in today's world. Bringing with him over 22 years of formidable experience in domestic and international arenas of Business Strategy, Financial Planning, Finance Operations, Customer Management and Project Management, Prashant Tripathy leads Max Life Insurance as its Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer. Prashant joined the company in 2007 and prior to taking up the current role, was Senior Director and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) spearheading the Corporate Strategy for the company. His key responsibilities stretched across Finance, Strategy and Business Performance & Analysis. In addition, he also led the verticals of Enterprise Risk Management, Internal Assurance and Procurement & Facilities and played a critical role in managing Investor Relations and Communications at Max India, the parent company of Max Life Insurance. Before that, Prashant was appointed as Director – Strategic Planning & Business Development at Max Life. During this stint, he successfully anchored strategic projects which went a long way in redefining the company's strategic direction and business plan. It also resulted in Max Life Insurance gaining the eminent position of the largest non-bank private life insurance company. He also managed the company’s initiative on strengthening corporate governance and worked very closely with Max Life's Board of Directors and its shareholders. Before joining the Max Life Insurance family, Prashant was associated with GE and Genpact for 8 years in India as well as in the UK. In his last assignment at Genpact, he served as Vice President and Global Operating Leader for Finance and Accounting Clients. During his tenure with GE in the UK, Prashant headed the Financial Planning and Analysis team. During the early days of his distinguished career, Prashant worked with Tata Steel, Jamshedpur where he was responsible for the operations of a steel plant. Prashant holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering from IIT Kharagpur and has completed his Post Graduate Diploma in Management from IIM Bangalore.

This was preceded by a 12 year tenure in Europe where he was instrumental in establishing and growing European operations for multinational Indian IT organizations like HCL, iGATE, Mastek & NIIT. Under her leadership, SAP Labs India has ranked #1 in the India’s Best Companies to Work for by the Great Place to Work Institute in 2018 & 2019, along with being the Best Workplaces for Women and for Culture of Innovation and Certified as a Top Employer for 2019 & 2020.

Mr. Vinay Razdan is the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) of HDFC Bank. In his current role, he is responsible for the entire human resource function in the Bank. Prior to joining the bank in September 2018, Mr. Razdan was the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at Idea Cellular Ltd. He had joined Idea in 2006 and spearheaded several transformational initiatives there. An HR veteran of 32 + years, Vinay brings in rich, vast, and varied experience across sectors such as FMCG, IT Services and Telecommunications. He has held leadership positions with marquee organizations such as ITC Ltd, HCL Technologies and Idea Cellular Ltd. Under Vinay’s leadership, some of these organisations were recognised as great places to work. Vinay is an alumnus of Delhi University and holds a postgraduate degree/diploma in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations from XLRI, Jamshedpur. Vinay is married to Jagriti, who is involved in various charitable causes. He is a football aficionado, and also enjoys playing cricket and table tennis. Dr Alka Mittal leads the human resource management function of India’s largest E&P company, Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Limited. She joined the Board of ONGC as Director (HR) in November 2018 after having distinguished herself in diverse roles and challenging assignments and has over 36 years of rich experience in India’s Maharatna Energy Major.
She is the first woman functional Director of the company in its history. Dr Alka Mittal has driven strategic & impactful human resource programmes and policies in ONGC, with focus on adopting best-in-class HR practices towards making ONGC a best place to work and nurturing a generation of dedicated energy soldiers in India. A leader with a mission, Dr Mittal has steered ONGC to become one of the top companies in the country today in the area of CSR, with focus on impactful and sustainable projects to empower the community and preserve our planet.
Dr Mittal is on the Board of ONGC Mangalore Petrochemicals Limited (OMPL) as ONGC nominee Director since August 2015, and is a member of the Board of Governors of Indian Institute of Management, Trichy. She is passionate about driving business outcomes which have the employee experience at the heart.
El joined Cisco in April 2010 as part of the acquisition of Starent Networks. Prior to joining Cisco and Starent, El spent 8 years with Aspect Software.
El is FCIPD qualified, with a BSc. Honors in Law & German and is an Employment law expert for the EMEAR Region. El is also a qualified Business and Performance Coach and an NLP Practitioner and has a passion for the development of HR professionals.

As President of Apollo Tyres, Satish Sharma guides strategy and oversees the implementation of key functions like manufacturing, sales and marketing, customer relations and profitability in Asia Pacific, Middle East and Africa. A member of the company’s Management and Supervisory Board, he is a man who prefers taking challenges head-on. He is credited with Apollo’s steady sales growth, in the last 5 years.
Satish Sharma began his career with JK Tyres, moving very soon to the position of a Manager, where he was responsible for brand and product management, planning and development, advertising and sales promotion, market research and after-sales service.
He joined Apollo Tyres in 1997 as a Product Manager and was gradually promoted to the position of Chief, Marketing. Sharma's eye for new products and market strategies has contributed consistently to the company’s progression. Known for his innovative marketing initiatives and exceptional leadership qualities, he continues to mentor and coach business units within the organisation. Satish took over as the Chief, India Operations for Apollo Tyres in April 2006. In early 2014, he was redesignated as the President for Asia Pacific, Middle East & Africa region, and was inducted to the Board as the Wholetime Director in March 2019.
A Chemical Engineer from the National Institute of Technology, Raipur, Madhya Pradesh, Satish also holds a post-graduate diploma in Business Management from Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad. He is a member of the Institute of Engineers, Indian Rubber Institute and All India Management Association (AIMA).
An avid sportsperson, who is extremely passionate about his fitness, Sharma enjoys golf and running. He actively participates in the half-marathons held every year. Apart from sports, he loves challenging crossword puzzles and travelling with his family.

Shefali Mohapatra is the Chief People Officer at Atria Convergence Technologies (ACT) which is one of the fastest going ISP in the country. A hands-on professional to go with a long-term-thinking acumen, she has curated the company’s work culture and has helped grown it from a start-up to one of the formidable wired broadband players in the market.
At ACT, she is responsible for leading the entire Human Resources and Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) functions.
