The employee value proposition (EVP) is a powerful tool that organizations use to attract and retain talent. People Manager Capability Building Intervention and Certification
This is an organisation development intervention that enables people managers to assume responsibility for making a change and create trust-based, high-performing teams.
This is a 4-5 month intervention wherein managers undergo a structured workshop followed by 90-120 days of initiatives with various touchpoints for the participants at regular intervals. The intervention ends with a measurement of impact based on feedback from teams of the managers who have undergone the program and a panel of the Business & HR leaders in the organization, followed by recognition and certification of successful managers.
