About The Program


The intervention for Senior Leaders sensitizes leaders to what makes a “great place to work” from the perspectives of both Employees and Managers. They understand the business case for creating the kind of culture that makes an organization a “great place to work”.

  • Leaders are able to take a strategic approach to making a Great Place to Work® a reality.
  • After the 12-week intervention, participants are able to: o Identify a series of Senior Leader actions that will enable them to serve as role models for their direct reports.
    • -Conquer the obstacles that keep Senior Leaders from creating a great workplace culture.
    • -Evaluate their direct reports and begin creating a coaching plan to help move them to a sustainable great workplace culture.
