The program covers the art of asking the correct questions, interpreting hidden meanings in the tonality, body language, etc. of the candidate. This training also focuses on imparting how to conduct Competency Based Interviews and Behavioral Events Interviews followed by simulation-based activities and role-playing.</span></div>
