At Gilard Electronics Pvt. Ltd, free routine checkups with gynecologists are arranged for all female employees during working hours. Women who test positive for Anemia are provided with dietary advice and free supplements for one year. Every year health awareness sessions are held regarding timely self-examination to catch any signs of breast cancer at the beginning stage.
During lockdown,Gilard realised that some Gilardians were alone in their PG rooms and couldn't go home. To keep everyone and their families in high morale, HRD initiated "Bolte Alfaaz", a daily podcast by Director HRD, posted on Gilard's Facebook page. In 31 chronicles, the topics covered were motivation, happiness, health recipes, importance of stretching exercises, festivals, moral stories on patience, truthfulness, among others.
We all work here as a team, and there is no workplace politics. Seniors and management always provide guidance and support.
I am happy that the company emphasizes environment safety and arranges various events to raise awareness about the saving of water, paper, cloths, power, which helps every employee to understand the importance of natural resources and can save them at their levels.
