About The Organization
Ipas Development Foundation is recognized among India's Great Mid-size Workplaces 2020. Every year, Great Place to Work® identifies India's 50 Great Mid-size Workplaces (with employee strength 100 - 500) through an objective and rigorous workplace culture assessment process. Ipas works to increase women’s ability to exercise their sexual and reproductive rights, especially the right to safe abortion and contraceptive services. IDF seeks to eliminate unsafe abortion and the resulting deaths and injuries and to expand women’s access to contraception, comprehensive abortion care, and related reproductive health information and care. Towards this, IDF works in strengthening training systems, the service delivery of comprehensive contraception and abortion care, and access to these services within the public health system, intending to make a positive impact on the health of women in India.
Why Ipas Development Foundation is a Great Place to Work?
Ipas Development Foundation has successfully created a Great Place to Work FOR ALL their employees as they have excelled on the 5 dimensions that are a hallmark of a High-Trust, High-Performance Culture™ – Credibility, Respect, Fairness, Pride and Camaraderie. Great Place to Work® is considered the ‘Gold Standard’ in workplace culture assessment and recognition. As a Great Place to Work-Certified™ organization, Ipas Development Foundation became eligible to be considered among 'India's Great Mid-size Workplaces 2020'. Ipas has a vision that resonates with most of its employees that of eliminating unsafe abortions and of offering women reproductive health information and care through public health systems. The employees feel valued for their work contributions and can balance both career and personal lives with ease.

Pour it Out

Feedback related to procedures, polices and processes is encouraged during the ‘Pour it Out’ sessions at IDF’s Annual Review and Planning meeting. These sessions are led by the Senior Directors to provide clarity, hear concerns, and enable each member to feedback freely. Different teams are formed to pour out their concerns and action plans are discussed and implemented.

Acknowledging challenging times that have disrupted daily life of employees due to lockdown, Ipas credited small amounts to each employee to ensure they had some additional funds available to manage this unprecedented situation and also to say “thank you and IDF cares for its employees”.

The organization gives me a platform and encourages me to ask questions, share suggestion, or raise concerns on any issue and is always ready to change for the betterment of its employee.
The organization also provides us with flexible working time as per our needs & we can also take a break from work to relax.
