Employee Diversity Referral Scheme
<div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 1rem;">In an endeavor to capitalize on the rich human potential of a diverse workforce, SAS India has introduced an Employee Referral program that is focused on strengthening their workforce diversity. This is done by increasing the referral bonus amount of SAS employees for referring women to the workplace.</span></div>

<div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 1rem;">SAS Institute has tied-up with Ambulance which is available on request, with Lion Tarachand Bappa Hospital for employee preliminary check-up and COVID testing, and also with a panel of doctors to provide virtual consultation for employees and their family. They've sponsored medical check-up for all employees and discounted the same for family members. PPE and Medical kit for all employees at the site are available too.</span></div>
