SAS Research and Development (India) Pvt. Ltd. is recognized among India's Great Mid-size Workplaces 2020. SAS R&D, a wholly-owned subsidiary of SAS Inc., USA, is a key development center for Research and Development of products and solutions for SAS. The Pune office is the largest R&D center outside the US, is focused on developing strategic products and solutions of SAS. Apart from R&D, the center also hosts various other teams such as Product Management, Enterprise Excellence, Pre-sales, Tech Support, User Experience, Technical Publication, Professional Services and Hosting support team for our SaaS division.

Enlighten Us series helps SAS Research to understand the impact SAS has on society. These sessions include an expert from different areas within the business who contributes content related to their area of expertise within SAS. They offer examples of how customers are using SAS for the greater good, like applying foster care data to protect children at risk, tackling the growing prescription drug abuse epidemic etc.

Music Mondays
SAS Research's COO turned his passion for music into the most memorable Music Mondays that energized employees through the soulful music he played as he virtually partnered with colleagues across functions. Additionally, HR leaders reached out to at least four employees in the ‘Haal-Chaal’ series regularly to maintain a personal connection with employees and provide the necessary support.
