Why SEWA Rural is a Great Place to Work?

SEWA Rural has successfully created a Great Place to Work FOR ALL their employees as they have excelled on the 5 dimensions that are a hallmark of a High-Trust, High-Performance Culture™ – Credibility, Respect, Fairness, Pride and Camaraderie. Great Place to Work® is considered the ‘Gold Standard’ in workplace culture assessment and recognition. As a Great Place to Work-Certified™ organization, SEWA Rural became eligible to be considered among 'India's Great Mid-size Workplaces 2020'. Preservation and maintenance of moral and ethical values while carrying out all activities has been a critical element of SEWA Rural’s organizational culture. At SEWA Rural, they believe that means are as important as ends. To reinforce the values, the organizational theme song is used for invocation at major functions, events, and meetings. Employee development is a strong principle that SEWA Rural functions on, and it is adopted to include spiritual development as well.

Such a policy helps employees to take care of their special duties and at the same time provides a guarantee of continued service and thereby financial support.
