Sick Leave Donation
<div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 1rem;">This policy enables associates to seek additional sick leaves if they have exhausted their own. Employees need to raise a ticket in the HR helpdesk tool along with their medical information and the number of leaves required. The HR Manager sends a ‘sick leave donation request’ communication to all and an associate who is interested in donating replies. An “Appreciation/Thank You” mail is sent to all who donate.</span></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 1rem;">SenecaGlobal actively monitored the health status of all their associates and for those who reported COVID-19 symptoms, they ensured that the affected associate contacts the government health department and follows the instructions properly. The associate's family was also supported by the supply of essentials to their home.</span></div>
The Competency Development Points Program that incentivizes our learnings is something very unique to SenecaGlobal.
People here are very welcoming and share knowledge with their colleagues, and there are many opportunities for associates to develop professionally, for example, there is a classroom training kind of a program by the associate who is an expert in technology so that others can also learn.
