These observations are then discussed with the whole team of new joiners in the presence of the COO followed by a Q&A session.</span></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 1rem;">Tavisca focused on addressing their peoples’ emotional needs through online counseling, empowering and enabling them through adequate work-at-home infrastructure and services, and ensuring they continue to have the vital element of ‘fun’ and ‘camaraderie’ in their daily activities by organizing creative games and contests that keep their morale up. Online yoga and fitness sessions for good health were also organized.</span></div>
