Welcome On Board
<div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 1rem;">New Employees are welcomed with a "Welcome On Board" Video, where the image of the new employee, along with details such as name, designation, and the team they will join are highlighted, and shared on the video wall. This initiative ensures that the new employee is welcomed warmly, and it also creates awareness within the office, of a new employee joining the system.</span></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 1rem;">Vestian's HR team formed an emergency response plan and team to address crises related to COVID-19. They conducted various trainings and health awareness programmes regularly monitored the health of the employees and their dependants by being in touch regularly. Additionally, virtual connects by way of virtual coffee sessions, townhall, interaction with the CEO were also conducted to boost employee morale.</span></div>
Management does not Micromanage things which in a field like real estate are appreciable.
