Celebrating with all
Employees bond over a wide array of events, be it festival celebrations, birthdays, wedding anniversaries, or work anniversaries. Regular engagement with spouses, parents, children, and siblings through multiple occasions throughout the year. With an attempt to make Fridays' full of fun events like- Black and White day, quadruplets day, Floral Friday, Tug of war, Fish pond, Role reversal, Dancing on the paper, are organized where all the employees participate.
Aadhar exclusively established a 24*7 AadharCare Helpline Number dedicated to attending any medical emergencies and support related to COVID - 19 for the employees. Aadhar further extended the facility of COVID-19 test reimbursements and sensitized employees about the Mediclaim Policy.
The HR department is very friendly and always eager to help. Even the CEO is approachable.
It treats its employees equally irrespective of gender, but at the same time takes care of women security. I am provided with new opportunities from my Boss which helped me to grow.
