Womb to Cradle Program

The program is for expecting mothers in the manufacturing facilities with the four main objects in mind- Safety at Work, Health Monitoring, Care at Work, and Family Engagement. Prior to maternity leave, a baby shower is also organized where the would-be mother is showered with gifts and blessings. Post-birth of a child, owing to the infrastructure available in the neighborhood, an in-house creche facility is provided for children.
