Employee Engagement as a Core Value
Employee Engagement is one of Arohan's six values and is integrated into their structured work practices. Arohan continues to seek employee feedback on the new facilities, particularly through short surveys, to measure the experience of the facilities and how these could be best-optimized. The inputs of the employees create a connected and engaging work environment. Arohan’s discussion forums comprise representatives from the senior leadership team and all departments.
