My Dream My Story
It is an organization-wide program at Bajaj Finance that acts as a platform for the employees to showcase their talent in fields other than their work, thereby, encouraging employees to practice their passions and finding work-life balance. This is a quarterly activity in the form of a video story, showcasing the story of 3-4 employees per quarter.
Bajaj Finance launched an initiative to reach out to each employee and addressed their concerns/issues of various kinds. They set up a 24/7 helpline that employees and their families can reach out to during emergencies.
Leadership here is about numbers and exponential growth in business. They have a clear vision for where to move step by step and how do we go.
