They ensure that these trainees are given an account payee cheque for their first salary which is distributed by the Executive Director & President - Engineering, CHRO, and Head HR. Management also hosts a small party to add flavor to the celebrations.

<div>BOOST stands for 'Brigadier Operate On Site as Sales Champion'. As part of this drive, every brigadier (barring the direct sales team) spends 3 days in a year as a Sales person on site during their respective month of joining Brigade. During these 3 days, brigadiers shadow the assigned Sales Resource at the Project Site, meet and assist customers, and answer their queries.<br></div>
