Cadence has created a culture where employees can openly share information, pitch innovative ideas, and ask questions to their managers and senior leaders. Their culture and initiatives were created to ensure that everyone has a voice at Cadence. They have created a culture of open communication, transparency, honest feedback, and trust that is paramount to fostering an open and transparent workplace. A “For All” approach reflects in their listening practices.
Cadence created a new online community, called the Work From Home Diaries so that employees can stay connected during this unprecedented time. Employees are encouraged to share fun and inspiring ideas to spread joy and encourage camaraderie among their peers. This includes cooking, exercising, doing home improvement projects, playing with the kids, or anything else outside of work.
Female employees are provided with guards when they are leaving for their home post evening.
