CEO for a Day
An employee is selected to act as the CEO for a day. During this day, he/she flies down to the Head Office, occupies the seat of the CEO, and is involved in the meetings/discussions that take place during the day. The employee also has the chance to run an activity or two for the office staff. These initiatives are to address the needs of this employee or his colleague's face.

It was an opportunity for a personal connection, and a platform for employees to air their thoughts, fears, and apprehensions.
