Encore is Ericsson's one-stop employee reward and recognition platform. The program allows all employees to shine a spotlight on their colleagues' outstanding performance and everyday excellence. Through this platform, employees can recognize each other for contributions that matter. By using the Encore platform, employees can accumulate points to redeem for exciting merchandise, gift cards, experiences, tickets, among others, which are available via an online reward catalog.
Ericsson is pursuing a virtual engagement model to strengthen practices and have launched a COVID-19 survey to gain insight into the outlook of employees. The focus is to ensure the well-being of employees and their family members in this unprecedented circumstance.
