Ericsson on the Move
As part of Ericsson on the Move, HSM was contacted by Ericsson to deliver a Collaboration Jam with 7,000 leaders from the organization to explore the five key focus areas of the Ericsson on the Move program. A Jam is a 72 hour facilitated online conversation which provides a platform for discussion, debate, and co-creation of solutions.
Ericsson is pursuing a virtual engagement model to strengthen practices and have launched a COVID-19 survey to gain insight into the outlook of employees. The focus is to ensure the well-being of employees and their family members in this unprecedented circumstance.
