The casual interactions sometimes over tea or coffee help them gauge and sense this silence which could mean a lot more than what it looks. We thereby consider various avenues to address them.
Migrants, Taken Care!
Forbes Marshall got their members back from the native place in specially arranged buses to ensure safety, ensured their food and stay arrangements, and provided food to 20,000 migrant workers in a span of 20 days by giving 1000 packets of food every day through PCMC corporation.
The importance given to every employee is unique. The kind of welcome I have got during my joining is something that I have never experienced before.
