PAL refers to Personal Action Letter. This is a program that gives employees the opportunity to write to the Human Resources Department confidentially if they have a concern or grievance. McDonald’s encourages employees to freely report incidents of discrimination, harassment, or any other problem without fear of retaliation. This letter receives prompt attention and remains strictly confidential. All comments are kept strictly confidential.
Motivated at Home
Hardcastle has created a unique ‘Work From Home’ policy for the restaurant teams and the frontline crew who are under lockdown, to make sure that they continue to learn and grow via various training modules that they can access on their phone. Through this, they have kept their people motivated so they come back to work better and stronger.
