This tool was developed to ensure that each individual focuses on the vital few goals for the financial year and it is linked to the overall goal of the organization. The goal setting is during the beginning of the financial year to ensure clarity in role and the final assessment is on these mutually agreed goals.<br></div>
As the company policy is very clear, everything moves smoothly and Management is treating employees like their family.
