Listening - Upward Communication
The Mood-o-meter checks the mood of every individual employee on a daily basis and helps management gauge employee sentiment on that particular day. They analyze this meter every Monday – if the mood-o-meter is below average they design a quick intervention/program/activity to get them geared up for the rest of the week.
HRIians – Always United (divided by circumstances, united by Values) task was started from 1st April where every day in the morning, an interesting task was given through mail which was needed to be accomplished and uploaded on HR Collaboration Platform during the course of the day. This activity lasted for the entire month wherein employees were highly participative and engaged.
