Indus ExCITE Awards
The Indus ExCITE Awards encourage all employees to ‘Live Indus Values every day’ and enable a comprehensive framework of identifying, recognizing, and rewarding “Value Heroes” at Indus Towers. ExCITE awards are pivotal in their journey of institutionalizing a Value-Based culture.
To help employees unwind and remain connected during this global pandemic, Indus Towers introduced Friday Fun Evenings across all locations. This includes employees and their families coming together and connecting over Bingo, Karaoke, Antakshari, Musical Challenges, and more.
The co-created value structure. Frequent workshops on value dilemmas and courage gave to each employee to stick to the values.
