Infiniti has an application that allows the store staff to capture details of customers who are leaving the store without purchasing with reasons. The store staff cites reasons for nonpurchase like pricing, model not available, offers, etc. This information flows to the support office where it is analyzed and directed to relevant stakeholders like buying team, merchandising, and operations for action.
Croma ensured that all employees and contractual staff are paid full salaries for the past 2 months. For staff, they processed advance salary in mid-April so that they can replenish necessities without worrying about finances. Also, a dedicated COVID mediclaim cover for all employees was taken.
The unique thing of this organization is management cares about employees and society.
The best process followed by the organization is the "Town Hall". In which every employee irrespective of the position is been given a chance to raise their genuine concerns, problems, issues with Top management and gets the solution on the spot or will be given a timeline to address the same.
