An offsite is organized every year for sharing success stories from the leadership team and employees and promote interactive formal and informal sessions. A lot of effort and time is put in to ensure that the offsite gives everyone a break and that they are refreshed.
To ensure people are safe and sound, Klay initiated a cascade calling process for the first time, through which they ensured within a short span of time the entire organization is contacted and checked on their well-being. To make things a little lighter, each center came up with fun videos on how they are keeping them busy, during the crazy days. It really helped them ease a bit!
