MIBL has a quarterly performance feedback culture where they provide an opportunity to the employee to nominate their reporting manager in “I Got Helpful Feedback” category. Any employee can send a nomination for their reporting manager with a note mentioning the way they have received quality feedback, the support provided by the manager, and how it helped the employee and impacted their performance.

Having dispersed new hires PAN India they conduct Gurukul in decentralized locations of various zones.
