Sharpen the Sword
‘Sharpen the Sword’ covers both functional and leadership development and is aligned to the ‘70- 20- 10’ learning methodology. 70% of learning material was covered by live-action projects on critical themes, 20% by business simulations, and the remaining 10% by Coursera programs, etc.
The work culture at MRHFL makes it a great place to work. The Leadership Team/Managers are not only quick in resolving the issues raised, but also helps an employee for his individual growth.
