Launched earlier this year, Tell James has been well-received by people across the organization as it empowers people to voice their opinion and share their views directly with the Managing Director.
M&S, My Learning
Upskilling is M&S's key focus, driven through simulations, webinars, videos, and digital resources with store contests & quizzes adding to the fun! M&S launched over 20 modules on different topics across 45 days on the M&SMylearning platform. A testament to this have been the adoption and effectiveness scores of over 90%.
The work-life balance that this company is offering is something unusual in the retail sector. The flexibility in time and overtime compensation is also a part of this.
