Spirit to Serve
<div>Spirit to Serve Our Communities Day is an integral part of Associate Appreciation Week at Marriott, giving associates the opportunity to serve their local community with their time and talents. Hotels partner with their NGOs to host various activities to give back to the local communities.<br></div>
Really, I am happy to work with this organization and Marriott is an international brand, I am learning a lot because of the online training and morning briefings.
I have been with Marriott as a company for the last 6 years and I don't see any reason to leave this company as it fulfills all personal and professional requirements by giving them equal opportunity for growth.
