New hires at Max Life are welcomed under this program, which is designed to provide a holistic view of the organization, its various departments, and culture. This is a one-day induction program. Bandhan sessions are planned in various office zones. Employees attend the session nearest to their location. The day covers various important functional sessions beginning with a talk by one of the senior business leaders about the Max Life culture, people practices, and key processes.
