Parche Pe Charcha
To discuss the issues of Feedback, Bell Curve, and Politicking Parche Pe Charcha sessions are conducted across departments. It helps them evaluate employee perception regarding the performance management system at NEI, common understanding about Feedback Mechanism, Perceived Thoughts, and Emotions about the Bell Curve, etc. Ways to improve the Moderation process are also thought of.
L&D team at NEI has introduced “Dedicated Learning Hour” where online training programs are conducted by internal experts. NEI has also leveraged an online learning system to introduce new online courses. They have also taken steps towards engagement where a lot of fun activities are conducted while working from home and called “Happy Hours”.
The organization brings the best culture as well as development in the systems and all the processes are up-to-date as per the industry.
