Finding Flint is a yearlong learning journey for a select set of socially dedicated volunteers working with Piramal Glass. This is a group of identified high potential and committed individuals who facilitate the creation of employee volunteering initiatives at their respective locations. Training and support are offered to the Champions for Change to support them in this journey.
During COVID-19 lockdown, when all employees were forced to work from home and adjust to the new normal, Piramal launched the Happiness Programme through the Inner Hour Platform to building positivity, resilience, and emotional balance. Employees were given free access to the application for 6 months.
