It also produces and sells power under the name Shree Power (Captive Power Plant) and Shree Mega Power (Independent Power Plant).

Aagaaz-Welcome to Shree Cement
Agaaz is an orientation plan spread across a week. It includes a brief on important aspects –history, culture, business, products, departments, processes, policies, and ways of working to ensure seamless assimilation of the new joiner at Shree Cement. Families are also included in the process for a day.
The Happiness Account
Each employee is allotted 6 values as currencies in each month. They can transfer these currencies to anyone they want. However, they need to exhaust it in the same month. Whenever the employee transfers this to another, they also share a reason with the recipient employee and their immediate team. Any employee who collects 5 currencies or more in a month is recognized.
